What is Commander Codex?

Commander Codex is a new Wordle-style game with an intriguing premise. With each guess, you'll learn more about a secret Commander's abilities. Commander Codex Wordle is a game based on the well-known word game Wordle, but this time it has been updated to predict a challenge in Word Daily Wordle mode.

With each guess, you'll learn more about the hidden Commander's card attributes. It's a free online wordle clone game.

We tried it and are excited to play it again tomorrow to share our results solving the word everyday game with our friends.

Rules of the Game

Every day in the Commander Codex game, you must solve a mystery puzzle. The rules of this word daily game, like Wordle, are simple and straightforward.

The rules for this wordle-like game are simple:

• You must correctly identify the Commander six times in a row.
• Each guess must be a Commander from the top 500 on EDHREC.
• The color of the tiles will change after each guess to represent how close your guess was to the Commander. In general, green denotes an exact match, yellow denotes a partial match, arrows denote that the answer property is above or below your guess, and gray denotes that there is no overlap between your guess and the property.
