For cells involving teams and season stats, the player's recorded stat must be from a season after 1999. The player did not have to be on the team when they achieved the stat.
When filling a cell with a stat, the player must have achieved that stat in a completed NFL season/game from 1999 or later.
If a cell refers to a college and a season stat, the player must have been drafted from that college and achieved the specified stat in the NFL, not during their college career.
